Hi All,
Below is the latest correspondence we have received from NRF regarding training & returning to play, as you can see training can commence from Monday 31st August with the same restrictions in place from the last time we could train with only having 10 people present. We all need to make sure that all guidelines that the club put in place back in April are being followed so that we can move forward & hopefully get the season back up & running. Every team has an allocated training spot, due to the restriction in the numbers that can be in 1 gathering you may have to split your trainings in to two halves, if any teams are not going to use there training slot can you let is know please. Make sure all Coaches, Managers, Players & Parents use the MOH QR Codes that are on each side of the club & the main entry door you can also still use the iDMe login (TYHOYL) as well. At this time the club will not be opened until we are back playing competition games. Hopefully we will be able to send out more information on when or if the season will restart soon. Thanks for your patience throughout this season stay safe & look after yourselves & your families.

With the Auckland region set to move from Covid-19 Alert Level 3 down to Alert Level 2 as of 11.59pm Sunday 30 August, see below/attached for important information regarding status of football and futsal operation under MOH guidelines.
Level 2 MOH operation compliance
During the first lockdown earlier this year, NRF administered a declaration process, which saw clubs submit documentation to demonstrate compliance against MOH requirements for operation at Level 2. These procedures still apply at this time with the added element of a gathering maximum size of 10 people in effect for Auckland.
As a result, football/futsal training environment can commence from Monday 31 August as long as the processes initially submitted by the club, and subsequently approved off by NRF, are in place again and adhered to (including the maximum of 10 participants including players and coaches in one gathering).
At this time as per Government advice, the Alert Level 2 status - including the current maximum of 10 people per gathering - will apply until at least Sunday 6 September unless revised by Government prior to this.
As a result, and as things currently stand, NRF competition play will not resume until after this date at least. This remains under review (surveys are currently with clubs as part of the consultation) with confirmation to follow as soon as we are able in the coming days.
Contract Tracing
Following confirmation from Auckland Council, NRF outlines the following regarding contact tracing access for members:
Confirmation of resumption
Please review this information internally with your club and advise NRF (to your relevant Area Manager with GM Operations John Limna and GM Football Steven Upfold cc’d) if your club intends to recommence football/futsal activities under current Level 2 status and to what degree. If NRF needs anything clarified prior to your resumption, we will advise accordingly.
If you have any questions regarding any element of the above please don’t hesitate to contact either myself, John or your Area Manager for clarification.
